Q1. What is the Manzil Facility Management App?
It’s a platform that allows clients to book, manage, and track maintenance or facility services.
Service providers and coordinators use the same system to manage workers, track jobs, and monitor progress in real time.
Q2. Who can use this app?
- Clients: Individuals or companies who book services.
- Service Providers: Companies or supervisors managing multiple jobs and workers.
- Workers: On-site staff performing the booked services.
- Coordinators: Admins who oversee job progress and resolve issues.
Job & Service Management
Q3. How many jobs can a service provider handle at once?
Each service provider can manage up to 6 active jobs at a time. Once a job is completed and closed, a new job slot becomes available.
Q4. Can multiple workers be assigned to one job?
Yes. Jobs can have multiple workers assigned, depending on the workload and service type. Each worker’s progress is tracked individually.
Q5. What does “In Progress” mean?
A job is marked In Progress when at least one assigned worker has started the job. Other workers can still join in later as they start their tasks.
Real-Time Tracking
Q6. How does live tracking work?
When a worker or service provider taps “Start Commute”, their live location becomes visible to the client and coordinator.
Once they tap “Start Job”, live tracking stops and the final arrival location is saved for records.
Q7. If a service provider manages multiple jobs from one app, how is tracking handled?
Only one job’s commute can be live tracked at a time (the one currently active).
The provider can still manage up to 6 jobs simultaneously but tracking switches automatically to the active commute job.
Q8. What happens if location permission is denied?
The app will notify the user to enable location services. Live tracking will not start until permission is granted.
Payments & Invoicing
Q9. How do clients make payments?
Clients can pay securely through the app using integrated payment options. Payment confirmations and invoices are automatically generated.
Q10. What if I need a refund?
Refund requests can be raised through the app. Coordinators review and process refunds according to the job and service conditions.

Q12. How is my data protected?
All data is stored securely and managed under strict privacy policies. Location tracking is active only during the commute phase and stops once the job begins.
