- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the services you request.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities (for Contracting Companies)
As a Service Provider (contracting company), you agree to:
- Ensure that all Contract Workers affiliated with your company who perform services through the Platform are qualified, trained, and possess all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required by KSA law for their respective services.
- Perform all booked services professionally, competently, and in accordance with industry standards and Client requirements.
- Comply with all applicable labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant laws in KSA concerning your operations and Contract Workers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding your company, services offered, and Contract Workers on the Platform.
- Adhere to the Platform’s guidelines for accepting, managing, and completing jobs.
- Respond promptly to Client inquiries and resolve any service-related issues efficiently.
7. Booking and Service Completion Process
- Booking Request: Clients can submit service requests specifying location, service type, and other details.
- Service Provider Acceptance: Service Providers can view and accept booking requests based on their availability, location, and expertise.
- Confirmation: Once a Service Provider accepts a request, the booking is confirmed, and both the Client and Service Provider receive notification.
- Service Performance: The Service Provider’s Contract Workers will proceed to the specified site to perform the requested service.
- Completion: Upon completion of the service, the Service Provider will mark the job as complete on the Platform. Clients may be required to confirm completion.
8. Payments, Fees, and Billing
